-All new client appointments that are scheduled, require a credit card to be put in your file and depending upon services booked, a 50% deposit may be required at time of booking. All appointments that are booked online, will be prompted to enter it there, when booking.
-BRUSHED accepts all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks of any kind.
-BRUSHED technicians work by appt only. While we do have general hours of operation, is it important to note, that we do not work the same hours each day. Txting works the best for our business and is the best way to reach us. We do not have an in salon receptionist, so we kindly request patience if requesting a call back. Callbacks can take up to 48 hours to return, depending on our volume of clients for the day. Please be sure to utilize our website and Vagaro for booking appts!
-BRUSHED does not issues refunds at any time. It is the clients responsibility to let us know if anything has happened, involving a service that had been performed. If nothing has been brought to our attention within 3 days, of last scheduled appointment, client forfeits right of having service being redone and will have to repay for any desired service.
-BRUSHED kindly requires a 48 hour notice for any reschedules and cancellations, to avoid charging our clients a last minute 50% cancel fee. We understand situations pop up at last minute, however, to best accommodate all clients and to try to fill any last minute openings, a 48 hour notice is required. When booking online, it is required of the client to acknowledge the 50% fee for the 48 hr cancellation policy, before finalizing with booking their services. We appreciate your understanding. Please note, during holiday and busier seasons of the year, the cancellation timeframe is strictly enforced.
**All cancelled appts, must be done on the salon number. We will accept calls and txts. We will not honor any cancelled appts, via DM on FB or IG., or else your last minute charge WILL still apply.**
-If an appointment is deliberately missed or the situation of a No Call/No Show happens, that client will be required for all future appointments, to prepay for their services, before being booked. This payment will be non refundable and will be accepted in cash or card only. If the client has scheduled online, they are required to acknowledge a 90% no show fee, when booking. If the client deliberately does not show, their card will be charged for 90% the services booked.
-All appointments are confirmed 3 days before your service via txt and/or email. an additional txt and/or email is sent the day of, or before. All are sent, via a link from Vagaro. You must click the link sent to confirm your appt.
- All services are timed. PLEASE arrive on time AND ready to go! This is super important if you are coming from work and have make up to remove. Depending upon that days schedule or service being done, I may have some wiggle room but this is not always the case! Anyone who arrives late, may run the risk of having time cut from you service, or if super late, you may have to be rescheduled.
-We do not honor appts that are more than 15 minutes late. You will be charged accordingly to any policies at that time.
- BRUSHED will not apply any product a client purchases/ed from a drugstore. If it's not a professional product I purchased and carry, I will not be the one to apply it. I only work with products I know, have been trained on and know the outcome of.
